using the site

This is my personal site, made for fun. By browsing it, posting in the guestbook, or poking around the tools, you're agreeing to what's on this page. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, the exit is the back button.

the guestbook

The guestbook is public. Anyone can read what you post, and it stays up until I remove it. Keep it friendly:

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or personal attacks.
• No spam, ads, or link drops.
• No slurs, sexual content, gore, or anything illegal.
• No sharing someone else's private information.
• No pretending to be me or anyone else.

I can delete any post at any time, with or without a reason.

what you post

Your message stays yours. By posting it, you give me permission to show it on the site and keep it in the database. You're responsible for what you write and for having the right to write it. Don't post anything you'd regret having public, because it is.

the contact form

The contact form sends your name, contact, topic and message to my Discord. Don't use it for spam, ads, harassment, or anything illegal. Don't send sensitive information through it; it isn't a secure inbox. Messages can be ignored or deleted, and sending is rate limited.

don't do this

• Don't try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or its database.
• Don't scrape the site or hammer the APIs behind it.
• Don't upload or embed malware through any field that accepts input.
• Don't use the site to break the law where you live.

If you find a security issue, tell me instead of using it, and I'll be grateful rather than annoyed.

Some pages link to other sites and services. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for what they do, what they show, or how they handle your data.

availability

The site is a hobby project. It can go down, break, lose data, or disappear entirely, and there's no promise that anything stays online or that features keep working. Nothing here is offered as a paid service, so nothing is guaranteed.

liability

Everything is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, including data loss, downtime, or anything you find through links on it. Use it at your own risk.

access

I can block, restrict, or remove access for anyone at any time, especially if the rules above are broken.

changes

These terms can change when the site does. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
